To assist with ensuring that accurate information regarding your service can be supplied to Pure Care Adelaide, a member from Pure Care Adelaide will request to meet with you ahead of care services taking place. This consultation will seek to obtain as much information as possible relative to details necessary for effective care options to be provided to you. From there, Pure Care Adelaide’s team will generate a support plan which will allow their team members to identify your wants, needs, and care goals. This consultation appointment and the subsequent process of documentation creation, system management, and staff training will be invoiced in accordance with the guidelines specified by the relevant support scheme, and based on the time and scope of work undertaken by Pure Care Adelaide.

In the event of Pure Care Adelaide recognising the information supplied by you is inaccurate, untruthful, or incorrect, and making contact with you, Pure Care Adelaide will supply you with an updated quote in writing or verbally (by telephone or in person). If you choose to decline to accept the updated quote, you agree to pay that Pure Care Adelaide may opt to undertake either of the following options:

You agree to pay any invoices associated with these options in full by way of your respective support fund, within the timeframes dictated by any formal invoices or other means of payment agreed upon between you and Pure Care Adelaide in writing or as stated verbally.

Upon engaging with us and booking your service, you agree that you may be invoiced for any reasonable costs associated to parking fees whether incurred on the street or in private parking garages (in accordance with guidelines stipulated by the relevant insurance scheme).

A service will be deemed to have been completed upon our staff leaving the property upon services having been completed, or upon advising you in person if you’re present at the property at the time after the service has been completed.

Evidence of Services Rendered:

As a part of our services (particularly as it relates to gardening and home maintenance), you agree to permit our team to take photographs of areas in which services are to be or have been undertaken. Pure Care Adelaide will not take photographs of any sensitive materials, photographs of people, or other areas of significance that would normally be reasonably objected to.

Pure Care Adelaide will consider any requests from any client that specifies in writing that they do not wish for photographs of areas in which cleaning has been undertaken at their property to be published online for marketing purposes.

Terms Relative To Cleaning Services:

Pure Care Adelaide may invoice you for services relating to cleaning services rendered based on the cost of materials required, and the time taken to complete the services.

Glass Cancer and Window Mould Buildup:

Glass cancer is a term used to refer to the deterioration of glass panels that can take place over a period of time, due to exposure to weather, construction material, or other chemicals.

Glass cancer is not something that can be removed by our team during window cleaning, and almost always involves the replacement of affected glass panels by a client. We will ensure that every effort is made to attempt to clean any affected panels, but as aforementioned we cannot remove glass cancer.

In some situations, rubber seals between double-pane windows may get worn down, crack, or have other issues due to installation. This may lead to dust, debris, or water from rain, cleaning, or other sources leaking in between  panels and causing spots or stains in the gap between the panels. We are not able to remove window panes from their housing to rectify these issues, and you should seek assistance from a glazier or professional tradesperson to unseal, clean, and repair any issues to the integrity of the window.

You agree that the assessment of Pure Care Adelaide’s employees in respect to identifying glass cancer, and other issues involving the integrity of windows is correct, and understand that refunds will not be issued for issues involving window panes affected by glass cancer or with structural issues or defects.

Carpet Cleaning:

Whenever a carpet shampoo or steam clean is booked, Pure Care Adelaide will first perform an initial vacuum of the carpeted area, followed by a steam clean or shampoo (as requested). Wherever a general or deep clean is selected, Pure Care will undertake carpet vacuuming, but no further deeper level of carpet cleaning will be performed. You as the client agree that in order for specialised carpet cleaning to take place, inclusive of hair scraping, stain removal, steaming, shampooing, colour treatment, and all other carpet cleaning services offered by Pure Care Adelaide, you will notify Pure Care Adelaide in writing (by electronic or other means) so that this can be appropriately assessed and quoted as a specialised carpet clean.

End-Of-Lease Cleaning:

Upon booking of an end-of-lease clean, you agree to supply Pure Care Adelaide with all in-going inspection photos, and any instructions from your landlord relating to exit clean expectations. Pure Care Adelaide will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your property is up to an acceptable standard, to ensure that you have the best chance of getting your bond back. Failure to adhere to these requirements in submitting the aforementioned material may result in you losing your bond, which you accept is your responsibility and agree not to hold Pure Care Adelaide liable in any way.

It is further expected that you undertake a final walkthrough and inspection of your property after our services are completed, to ensure that there are no areas missed by our staff. You agree that failure to do so prior to handing over keys to your property to your Landlord will not be the responsibility of Pure Care Adelaide.

Reviews For Service:

Upon completion of services provided by Pure Care Adelaide, we encourage you to provide us with accurate feedback relating to your experience of our services. This can be done through email, social media, google, and other formats as specified by Pure Care Adelaide. You agree that all information published by you in respect to Pure Care Adelaide will be accurate and factual, based on the services provided by Pure Care Adelaide.

Furthermore, you agree to accept full accountability for any comment or other information published by any means (written, verbalised, digital or other) which is proven to be inaccurate, dishonest, libelous or slanderous. Furthermore, in respect to any comments or statements made which are perceived by Pure Care Adelaide to be dishonest, inaccurate, libelous or slanderous, you agree to remove, redact or otherwise retract any such comments in respect to Pure Care Adelaide, or accept responsibility for any damages incurred to the business as a result of your comments.

If at any point in time you are found to have been in breach of any section, subsection, or other part of these stated terms and conditions, you are not permitted to post feedback or reviews on any platform whether digital or other.
