  • Pure Care provides a range of services to NDIS clients, including in-home support, transportation assistance, home cleaning, assistance with daily activities, gardening and yard maintenance, assistance with community and social participation, and many other NDIS support options.

  • Absolutely! Unlike the larger care provider companies, Pure Care Adelaide are devoted to listening and responding to the needs of individual clients. We're committed to pairing each NDIS client with a care worker who they feel most comfortable with.

    If ever you feel like a change in who supports you, feel free to speak with our team and we can assist in making this happen.

  • All of our personal care work staff and disability support workers are fully police screened, subject to NDIS worker checks, and qualified to undertake personal care work roles (in their respective capacities).

  • Our team of professional personal care work staff are available for regular care work shifts as regularly as you need them!

    We are also able to provide assistance in the afternoons, and overnight whenever required.

    From there, a member of our personal care work team will review your message and contact you to work out a time that suits you to meet in person and discuss your individual needs.

    Our team will develop a support plan to ensure your wants, needs, and goals are identified, and our approach tailored to ensure all are kept at the fore of our approach to caring for you.

  • At present our team is able to provide support services for both individually managed, and plan managed NDIS participants.

    We are expanding our client base in the next 3 - 6 months to provide additional support services for NDIS participants who are agency managed.
